Liked: Great location. Very clean and cosy room with a wonderful view on Vltava river and Charles bridge. Floor heating in the bathroom makes it cosy to use in the cold winter days. The housemaid, personal at the reception, in the restaurant always with a smile and willing to assist. The breakfast and brunch were with different options, no complaints at all. Good coffee. Perfect mini vacation!

Great place to base yourself...

Liked: Everything about the hotel was fantastic . The location couldn’t be more central - east walking to the castle, the Charles Bridge is in the doorstep and the main square too. All staff were super helpful. The breakfast was great - something for everyone an and the brunch was a nice touch. We had 5 rooms and all were great . They even provided a bottle of champagne per room on New Years Eve which was a lovely surprise!
Disliked: Nothing - just wish I booked a longer stay!!

A nice trip before christmas

Liked: The hotel was clean and the dining room had wonderful and stylish arches of old bricks.The breakfast was very good, the staff was helpful and kind, the soup that was free of charge in the dining room every day between 12-16 was delicious, the bedroom had a great size and the apartment had a big, nice bathroom with bathtub, and of course the Charles bridge and the old town, the castle was nearby. We had a wonderful stay and will come back soon!
Disliked: There was only one english channel on the tv and this was a chinese news channel that we didn't like. A wider selection of english channels would be nice.
