Very noisy lobby in the...

Liked: We love the location of this property, right in the heart of downtown Redmond.
Disliked: When we arrived there was an organized group gathering in the lobby. It was organized as there was a sign pointing visitors to the left. The voices were echoing so much that I could hardly hear the woman checking us in. I get that groups might gather at the bar, but in the lobby, should be off limits as it was super loud.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay...

Liked: Disabled room and bathroom were simply superb. I really enjoyed it and felt quite well supported. The staff were very nice and responsive.
Disliked: I didn't know I had to pay for my breakfast. The cost of the rooms should definitely accommodate my breakfast, even a buffet breakfast.
