Liked: Room was lovely and clean and comfortable and staff was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was dreadful. Only one server trying to do her best to serve the entire restaurant. Six of us ordered breakfast and the only half of us received breakfast in just under 1 hour. Breakfast was terrible. So bad that none of us wanted to eat it. I think the diswasher who never cooked before was probably cooking that day. toast was soaked, food was cold and terrible. We tipped the server for doing her best but the food quality was so poor that no one was able to stomach it so we left and found breakfast elsewhere,

Liked: Rooms are very comfortable, stylish and clean, very good location
Disliked: There are 2 elevators and one was not in service 95% of the time during my 5-day stay. This was very inconvenient mornings and late afternoons when large groups of tech workers were riding the one elevator and forcing either long waits or use of stairs. The nightly room prices are extremely variable, with my M-W reservation at a rate well over double the Thu-Fri reservation (and Thu-Fri was a much better room, at less than half the cost). I get that prices fluctuate based on demand, but this degree of variability leaves the consumer feeling a bit ripped off.

Outstanding hotel I would definitely...

Liked: Very nice boutique hotel amenities are very nice. Staff was very nice. The food was very good and a very safe place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: I was there two weekends in a row, and the elevator one of them was in operable, which made waiting at the elevator a little long
