Perfect hotel for a getaway...

Liked: Immaculate well located hotel, friendly staff and prompt room service. Valet parking was easy and also very quick. Comfortable beds and bedding. Will definitely stay again.

Charming & Peaceful stay.

Liked: Nikko was a superstar at the front desk. Rooms were so clean and organized. I was on the 5th floor where there were no pets allowed. The linens were non-allergen. So clean.The fire pit was awesome and the beds were supercozy.
Disliked: Wi-Fi was poor. It did not matter what time of day, it buffered for a few minutes. The gym had zero wi-fi. No music and no TV. I was trying to use my phone but with no wi-fi, it was silent. Maybe they can work on that. Room television does not have any apps (netflix or hulu)Mia, waitstaff in the restaurant was so rude for breakfast. When we approached her and asked if a table for 2 was available, her response was "well we are busy" with a not so nice tone. My guest and I looked at each other with surprise. We waited 5 minutes for Mia to return with menu's and she was MIA like her name. We got up and left. There was a fabulous breakfast Cafe down the road.

Liked: Great location and good value. Good staff and overall an excellent hotel that I would definitely use again.
Disliked: Over night parking charge at 40 USD higher than other hotels. Other than that it's an excellent hotel.

Disliked: I think it would be a good idea if they refilled the water pitcher for those who want to get water in the evening and late night.

The room was clean but...

Liked: Liked that you offered valet overnight parking but it was very expensive. Liked the balcony but too small.
Disliked: The bathroom door was not appropriate and it should lock. The air conditioner was too loud and was right next to the head of the bed and kept me up at night. There was not enough room next to the bed to get to the closet. It would be nice to have a free voucher for breakfast. The location of the hotel was too far from the waterfront area.
