Great location with Empire State...

Liked: The location is fabulous. Walking distance to many landmarks and good metro access. Rooftop bar serves great cocktails. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The view was excellent, the bathroom clean and new, beds comfortable. However, the room for 3 people was a bit weird with 2 similar beds (too big for 1 child and too small for 2 adults) and no room for bags.

Superb

Liked: I was so happy to see a proper espresso machine in the room rather than terrible hotel drip coffee :) The location was very convenient and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The price was a bit high for the level of luxury the hotel offers.

We would definitely stay here...

Liked: The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, and we returned each day to clean towels and freshly made beds. Great customer service.
Disliked: We had an early flight and would have loved a coffee before leaving the hotel. Unfortunately, they don’t start serving until seven a.m.
