Liked: The customer service was exceptional. We arrived early in the day and Scott was able to get us into the room early. The hot cocoa station was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms are small but that is the norm in the city.

Liked: The Archer never disappoints. Everything works beautifully for a comfortable place to rest while in NYC. We loved the location, the friendly staff, and the clean room.

Liked: Location was superb and hotel was superb base for our 4 night stay. Roof top bar overlooking Empire State Building was fab.

Too expensive.

Liked: Location is very convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Bed is horribly soft with no support. Feather pillows also provided no support. No extra blankets. Room was very noisy and too small for more than one person. Room was outrageously expensive. By the time fees were added the room cost more than $1,000 per night which was definitely not worth it.

Liked: There are 3 things that made this hotel an excellent choice:1. The location - you can walk to all the famous midtown attractions and subway the rest from nearby Bryant Park2. The room size - bigger than usual NY standards with a walk in bathroom3. The roof top bar with a fantastic view of the Empire State Building - really coolStay here
Disliked: Go and have breakfast at a local deli
