Liked: Very modern and clean in a good location
Disliked: Room was quite warm and air con wouldn’t go low enough to cool it down

Liked: The location was fantastic, the view from my room was fantastic too. The staff were lovely and helpful.
Disliked: There was no gym and the room was on a smaller side.

Great location and wonderful staff...

Liked: The staff is the best part of this hotel. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I love the location and felt very safe in this area. The beds were very comfortable and there are well-thought-out touches everywhere so that you have everything you need.
Disliked: The rooms are on the smaller side, but it is Manhattan and they do remind you to use the storage under the bed for your bags. Which does help.

Liked: The hotel is superb: rooms are perfect, staff super friendly, food and drinks excellent. Close to subway, fifth ave, central park = perfect stay at perfect location
