Great hotel with the worst...

Liked: The location is great and the Hotel has a modern design with interesting decor. The staff at the front desk were especially professional and polite.
Disliked: The staff at the Rooftop bar were horrible. The bartenders had no interest is serving drinks in a timely fashion. They also were being rather unprofessional and joking around with each other.

Liked: We stayed at the Archer at the end of a two week road trip and it was amazing! The staff communicated really well in the lead up to our stay. Confirmed that our two rooms would be nearby and Lisa (concierge) was incredibly helpful in booking a driver to take us around the wineries. We had to stay an extra night thanks to a BA cancellation and they managed to book us in to the same rooms. The hotel is centrally situated so you have a variety of shops, restaurants and tasting rooms to choose from. The rooms were comfortable, great shower and clean. We had breakfast and a dinner at Charlie Palmer - good menu to choose from - and sunset drinks at the Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar - spectacular views. Would highly recommend staying here, just wish our stay could have been longer.

Disliked: Your description of the “classic king” room was not correct ( spacious double room, seating area). There was no room even for 2 suitcases to store, and the seating area was a desk! We barely had enough room to get around the bed. Very disappointed! I have booked many rooms through Booking.com and this is the first time the description of room was so wrong. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.
