Liked: Valentine's weekend, our stay was exceptionally wonderful here at the Archer Hotel.I enjoyed the fireplace and balcony. The Model Bakery and Wine Train is a walking distance from the hotel. We did some shopping and enjoyed the Napa Valley wine tasting along the greatest diversity of places of dish foods to eat, especially thanks to Scala Osteria & Bar to We love it. Thank you! Napa, residents for being so nice to us.
Disliked: "Zuzu" restaurant February 13th Thursday evening at approximately 6:30pm the "Bar Tender" was so rude no customer service .We waited over approximately twelve minutes to start us with a beverage order. Within ten minutes, afterward, the "Bar Tender" returned to ask us once again what beverage we had ordered and the food order was taken at the time. We waited for another approximately twenty minutes for the food. We would've liked to have our drinks replaced when waiting for our food. As for the "Bar Tender," he did not return and had to ask the busser, who was nice to check for our food order. The "Flat Iron Steak", it is deliciously too bad for the service it would have made a difference for a good evening since the ambiance was nice. I felt I had to share my experience at the Zuzu restaurant. Which had nothing to do with our exceptional stay at the Hotel Archer.
