No hot water, very expensive,...
Liked: The location was very convenient for us relative to nearby family, and also good proximity to mosaic shops and restaurants. The on-site restaurant, AKB, was exceptional and the only thing I can say was a stand out positive about the property.
Disliked: We checked in late at night after arriving on an 1100p flight. When we attempted to pull into the hotel driveway, we were blocked by private security who refused to move and did not respond to our efforts to communicate that we were hotel guests who needed to unload lots of luggage and children. Parking is across the street and on the second level of the garage for the shopping complex, sometimes it was fine but other times it was painful find a place. No hot water in our room, just lukewarm and barely tolerable. The explanation from the manager was that we must wait 10-15 minutes for the water to get hot, it never happened. Room was not cleaned housekeeping 3 out of 6 days. Should have bailed after our first night, but not a lot of options with availability nearby to where family lived.

Fantastic location, good breakfast, spacious...
Liked: We LOVED the location. It was great to walk around with a toddler. The complimentary breakfast was also great -- good variety and plenty of time to eat. Room service was decent. Staff very polite. The hotel accomodated our request for a cot, and were excellent at changing sheets as needed. The room was spacious and very pretty. The mattress was comfy, the water was hot and plentiful, the room was quiet, the view was nice. Appreciated the complementary water and reading material too. :)
Disliked: The pillows were not very comfortable, and the bedsheets, though seemingly clean, smelled a bit strange every night (not sure if they were ever changed tbh). Parking was also extra -- 10 dollars a night, but in close vicinity across the street at the Market Garage and always a spot available.
