Liked: Stay was okay, but they had at the same time horde of teenage boys. At some point we even saw them fighting in the restaurant.

Disliked: I asked 3 times to issue invoice for me and after month time received on privet person , I asked either all company details 3 times and after they we can not change anything , this is the reason why I am not coming back to this hotel .

Good to stay not far...

Liked: The hotel is big and modern with good breakfast not far from the airport. There are some restaurants and big shops in a walking distance
Disliked: We did not like very soft mattresses and though the hotel looks like newly build or renovated a lot of scratches on the walls of corridors for the 4 star hotel. Was too much overcrowded and a bit pricey if compared to with the rest 4 star hotels in Warsaw

Disliked: I m giving improvements such as the following1 Tell to the clean ladies to clean the rooms ! I had the 480 room and they didn't even change the towels 2. Tell to the old lady who cooks omelets in the breakfast to be polite and to learn English otherwise remove her from there 3. Check the coffee machines in the morning in order to avoid long cues .4. Ask the receptionist to stop looking the mobile all the time and service the clients .5 Place the tv for the room 480 on the wall and not beside the bed because you can't watch
