Liked: The location was very convenient for us being close to the two events we attended. The establishment wasn't palatial but the owners were very hospitable, and we felt quite at home - nothing was too much trouble to ensure our comfort (the full day we were there was exceptionally hot 40degC). Security of the premises was high so we felt safe.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast is a small snack, I wouldn't recommend for anyone to pay for breakfast.
Disliked: The internet is very unreliable. The bed is very old and every time you move it squeaks.

Great Location

Liked: They let me check in late and no issues getting to room and falling asleep. Very comfortable and close to Perth Central bus and train stations.
Disliked: Could be very noisy late at night or early morning.

Liked: This is the third time I have stayed at Arcadian bed and breakfast. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Convenient location to railway station, shops and visiting family.
