Ideal location for travelling into...

Liked: Quiet location right next to Warwick station. Host Jeffrey was very welcoming, accommodating and informative

Wonderful hosts, conveniently located

Liked: The owners were so accommodating and welcoming! We were delayed on the late flight and arrived at the B&B well past 1am and the owners were still able to greet us at the door. They were also extremely helpful when it came to understanding the area and giving directions on where to go. The accommodation was located close to the train station which made getting around really easy.

Superb

Liked: The host is super friendly and made delicious breakfast ! Excellent parking lots available on site.

Very beautiful just not ideal...

Liked: I think the room itself was very nice, and it's in a nice area. I didn't have the breakfast but thought that was a nice addition. It also isn't far from Warwick train station.
Disliked: Understandably its stated in the description, but do keep in mind that they will make you pay a $100 bond when you arrive, I misread the description and wasn't aware. They are right next door to construction workers that start at 7am and will make noise. nearly every day including Sunday. It looks like they have just started building a house I'm a light sleeper so it wasn't beneficial to me but you may find it okay! The father and mother are nice and helpful however I did unfortunately get woken up by the father arguing very aggressively with someone right outside my door, this wasn't a pleasant experience and it went on for a long time.

I don't recommend this place.

Disliked: Nothing proper even the shampoo and conditioner comes in a small sachet in plastic, towel and blankets were not Clean.Hygiene wise worst.

Liked: Good location for our purpose to have activity around this place. The place is very good and clean. Good owner, that serves us very well.

Liked: Jeffrey was fantastic at giving travel advice as well as up for a great chat. Only a short walk to either Warwick Village and Warwick Train/Bus depot.

Disliked: Bed was a little to hard. Could feel the springs in mattress.
