Great hotel that cared about...

Liked: From the time we walked in the door we felt special. The staff were excellent. We were greeted at the door and introduced to all staff working at that time. The room was spacious, clean and the beds super comfortable after our travels. Everything we wanted to see was in easy walking distance even with a bad knee. The iron and ironing board was appreciated.
Disliked: Nothing

Convenient location, but a bit...

Liked: Centrally located, just five minutes from the metro and to the major landmarks (e.g. Lincoln Memorial, Renwick Gallery, etc). Room was spacious enough, and I appreciated the welcome cookies, the 24-hour food stop in the lobby, and the water dispenser in the gym to refill water bottles.
Disliked: The rooms and facilities look updated, but superficially so; the overall building was a bit run-down. Also can be noisy at night with nearby university students and hotel patrons.

Nice clean, can be better

Liked: Hotel was nice and at great location. Very clean, however we would only get 2-3 bath towels and it was annoying since there were 4 of us… and only one tea a day
