Disliked: The room is not clean and old So, directly I cancelled my reservation after I saw the room. And I didn't get a refund.

Could've been better with AC..

Liked: Location: Perfectly situated near the National Mall and Georgetown, offering easy access to key attractions without being in the middle of the chaos. Proximity to the metro is also a huge plus.Room Comfort: the bed and linens were comfortable, and the room size was generous. Shower had great water pressure and temperature control.Hotel Quietness: despite some street noise, the hotel itself was quiet, with little sound transmission between rooms.
Disliked: AC Issues: the lack of air conditioning during certain months (like November) is a significant downside. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel should make this clearer in advance.Window Blinds: the blinds didn’t fully block light, leading to too much light in the room in the mornings.

Good location, could use more...

Liked: Great location, easy walking distance to restaurants, The Kennedy Center, etc. Staff is friendly, bed is comfy
Disliked: The building is out dated, weird smell in hallway and room, and the more you look, the more you wish it was cleaner.

I would rebook.

Liked: The room was very clean and the view was nice as well! Friendly and helpful staff, great location.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy (planes, traffic) but you get use to it.

Exceptional

Liked: We recently stayed at the Arc Hotel in Washington, DC. The hotel’s location was perfect, putting us right in the heart of DC and close to all the main attractions. Our room was spacious.We’d like to give a special shoutout to Michelle. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Michelle’s warm and friendly attitude made such a difference, and her  recommendations were spot on. We thank the great staff for our stay.
Disliked: The windows will need cleaning from outside and the carpet and sofas.The cleaning from the staff is really good.
