Disliked: Dated and no cutlery to eat anything and a microwave to heat up food would of been great

Adequate

Liked: Receptionist wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Some of the wall sockets didn’t work, had to move the jug around tō find one that worked. No cutlery or even a teaspoon for making a coffee. Spa bath didn’t work and lift wasn’t working the morning we left.The beds were really comfortable though and hotel was nice and warm.
