Disliked: Limited tv channels available. Decor was tired and dated. Room and hallway was very hot for spring - radiators were on when not really required for this time of the year

Convenient and cheap

Liked: Easy to find and get around from here.
Disliked: Tired furnishings and set up. New management with a few unskilled employees. Language barriers were a problem. Had difficulty getting a drink at the bar. Bus loads made queuing a thing.

Liked: Large rooms. Clean. Comfortable.
Disliked: Random supermarket trolleys were scattered throughout the hotel reception

Disastrous

Disliked: There’s no cutlery or crockery no room service shortage of staff. The rooms were stuffy and too hot. There was also no hot running water for a shower and before leaving the room we found our bed was covered in bedbugs. We were eventually offered a 50%discount on our accommodation. Totally unacceptable. Will never recommend to stay again, given this was our second stay. We thought there must be Some improvement. There was not
