Expensive, noisy, not cleaned

Liked: The location was central and convenient to get to the sites in CDM.
Disliked: The hotel was not clean. There was hair in the bed and on the floor. It was very apparent that it had not been cleaned. We arrived very late due to a late flight and informed them this would be the case - there was only 2 tiny bottles of water and no where to get any extra. The water is not potable so we were extremely dehydrated. Had we known before we would have brought some with us from the airport. The security guard was also very unhelpful and not willing to help. When I messaged the hotel about it they said there was water in the lobby and we could fill our thermos - but who travels with a thermos? Over our stay we received less and less water. We also found things were not restocked, like the tissue box, and it would go missing from the room so we would have to use toilet tissue. The room was also not cleaned when we asked for it to be. There was also extremely loud noise which disrupted sleep every night. They offered spa services and no one responded when we reached out (we went elsewhere for this). Given how high of a rate this 'hotel' is charging, they really should be rebadged as a hostel. I do not recommend staying here to anyone.

Good location, spacious rooms.

Liked: The location was great, close to many cafes and restaurants. Very spacious rooms, almost like a mini apartment, with kitchenette. Nice big bathroom and big windows. Lots of light.
Disliked: Big windows which were great but at night the neighbor across from us kept the light on all night and it was pretty annoying and hard to fall asleep.
