Liked: Size of room. Spacious closet.
Disliked: Not enough lighting in the bathroom and kitchen work space area. Can't apply makeup or light for proper shaving

Disliked: Overall design of the hotel was terrible: e.g. hooks were too small to hold bathroom towels; shades were hard to open and close; noise came from room next door; refrigerator was so hot nothing could be put on counter above it; shower stall door went from ceiling to floor so impossible to hang towel on door or put a mat in front of it. Chairs in lobby uncomfortable and looked out of place. Stupid to have an elevator but a series of stairs to get to it. One day the elevator didn't work at all.

Large rooms, excellent location

Liked: Second time we stay at this hotel as a family. Its location is unbeatable, the spaces are large and its service is great. We will def be back here if we visit CDMX again.
Disliked: Nothing really, I did not try the gym or other amenities but wasn't planning on that anyways. They have a parking as well that we didn't try.

Disliked: The air conditioner was a little weak. It didn't cool the room very well at night.

Excellent safe location and value,...

Liked: Excellent location. It felt safe and had beautiful design. The front desk was nice. The attached Starbucks cafe made the place feel a bit more lively and safe as well. Great proximity to restaurants and cafes. Excellent value. The rooms were large and great value, especially when booking for a larger group. Every time we visited another neighborhood our group remarked that we were so happy with this hotel & neighborhood.
Disliked: The AC was not that efficient and the comforters were too heavy and hot. Other members of our group didn’t mind. Bring a sleeping eye mask if you are sensitive to light at night because the AC unit has a bright light indicating the temperature that interrupted my sleep. The housekeeping was inconsistent. One day they did not come, the next they only replaced towels and toilet paper and emptied trash, the third they also made the beds. It didn’t bother us and I still felt everything was clean but it was odd since I’m used to consisted housekeeping everyday when I stay at hotels.
