Liked: Loved the rooftop, location, and food options all within walking distance.The staff was friendly, water available in the lobby and clean! The spa as well was the best massage I have had in years and I get them regularly.

Aircon didn't work so room...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: It didn't feel like a true hotel, no real lobby or hotel staff. The air con didn't work so it was freezing at night, I had to order a heater to be able to sleep.

There was not a confortable...

Liked: I confirmed the room because it showed on the reservation a very sunny place. When I arrived they gave me a room located in the lowest floor without sun light at all. Really disappointing.
Disliked: It was not what I expected it.

Perfect in Almost Every Way!

Liked: It has a very luxurious look and feel to the entire property. The superior suite is very spacious and should be considered as a stay. Staff are very helpful and willing to accommodate.
Disliked: Not applicable because I genuinely enjoyed everything about my stay. If there was one thing, it was this indentation on the floor of my room in the superior suite, but that's such a minor, inconsequential issue.
