Disliked: The business bedroom was spacious but not very hearty and located on the first flour with a lot of noises from the ground floor.

Disliked: There were bed bugs!!! I spent 6 nights there and after the first one I had a small bite behind my knee.. I didn't really pay any attention to that... There were more of them through the week, but last night I finally had a time to watch a movie in bed and there was a bed bug "casually walking" on my duvet! I killed it, there was more blood than from a mosquito. I didn't really want to make a fuzz of it (last night, 10 pm, leaving in the morning) but that is the worst experience ever and you would't expect it in a 4stars hotel in the city centre! (Oh and of course I didn't take a photo of the bug, I was too shocked at that moment and really wanted to kill it, not to take the picture (so it could disappear in the meantime), but the 4 bites in a row on my leg, with the redness and swelling around is all the proof I need).Also the room wasn't really cleaned when I arrived (I asked for "cleaning the floor" - vacuum or whatever, but I had dust on my socks through all week...), the bathroom was pristine, but the floors... and than the bug... NEVER AGAIN! (And I would be really surprised if I am the only one with a bite there...) Room 407, stayed for 6 nights.(No need to tell you I spent the whole sunday washing all the clothes for higher temperature to be sure I didn't bring them home with me..)

Good hotel in Aachen old...
