Disliked: Our room type had separate bathroom and toilet, which was practical but the toilet was way too small and the ventilation didn't work at all. Slippers would be nice

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff very helpful with directions. Fantastic breakfast. Had onsite parking at a good price.
Disliked: Tiny awful shower. Worst pillows ever. We were told they were a hypoallergenic property so they only had these awful foam pillows. The requested Twin room had two separate beds but were right next to each other. Our reservation was for a standard twin room, but the a/c did not work with the room we got and we were switched to a better room with working ac. The original room also had a tv that did not work :(

Liked: Excellent bed, ample breakfast, friendly staff (especially helpful in the morning), good sized room. Good bathroom. Very close indeed to the main sites of Aachen.
Disliked: View. Charmless decor. Poor coffee at breakfast, no milk or water in the room. Parking challenging in very small, low spaces. Given the great location, it could just look a lot more attractive.
