Staff member required some extra...

Liked: Overall it was fine. However, it’s unacceptable that staff member forgot to give me morning call. I asked reception to give me two morning calls, one at 6 am and one at 6:30 am. But I didn’t receive either one of them. I believe that morning call is not something too complicated, if you failed this task, how are guests supported to trust you?
