Liked: We had a small water leak issue in our room. When I called the front desk, they were very quick to move us to another room, offer a bell man to help with luggage, and refund one nights resort fee. All good !

Dirty room used underwear found...

Liked: This casino is terrible super dirty unclean room was filthy reeked of cigarette smoke and super noisy. I tried explaining my frustration to front desk, but they are super rude to. I will never stay here again

Liked: Nice, clean room with a view. Bed was comfortable with great sleeping pillows.

Liked: the belman was very helpful with my luggages the view was ammazing bed was comfortable room was clean and pleasent
Disliked: front desk agent at the check in was not pleasant at all he looked very annoied I was the only client checking in needs training how to welcome clients
