Too expensive for what they...
Liked: Location is goodSpa include in the price
Disliked: Bad taste for decoration in the room and in the hallways.Sink in the toilet was not working properly and one of the lights in the room was not turning on. When we asked for the problems to be addressed nothing was made.I had some heavy luggage and was not offered any help to carry it.

Liked: Location is great, also the access to the spa is very beneficial.
Disliked: The room was very noisy with a constant noise that was quite heavy and disturbing especially during the night, preventing sleep. The bed was small.

Small, restful and tranquil corner...
Liked: Garden space was excellent. Excellent and helpful, bilingual front desk staff. Excellent waiters in restaurant. Delighted that room was made up so quickly each morning - hard working, thorough cleaning staff. Staff accommodating in providing room with view, as requested.
Disliked: Plates in restaurant should be hot, both for breakfast and dinner menus. Staff were slow to clear glasses and breakages from garden left outside by careless and thoughtless guests. Would have liked to have had option of tours outside Aix from hotel, as well as an introduction to the spa facilities available on site. Stayed for seven days yet menu remained essentially the same throughout, other than for ‘fish of the day’ - however, still excellently presented and served.

Excellent City Centre Hotel -...
Liked: Nice and central and superb facilities, good dining. Friendly staff. Everything you could want from a city centre hotel.Would certainly return Raised a query regarding a room 'upgrade' offered through/by Booking.com and this was satisfactorily resolved to my complete satisfaction by a very pleasant senior manager, retrospectively.
Disliked: Booking.com opportunistically offered a room upgrade which was an increase in price only for the same Comfort room. Higher cost for us - more commission for faceless Booking.com. Fortunately hotel management realised what had happened and actually refunded the difference in cost.For the Hotel - top marks - impressed - they could have ignored my complaint.Disappointed in the part played by Booking.com

Very good
Liked: Good location and nice staff
Disliked: The only problem was the parking which is not in the same building with the hotel and you have to walk to the parking with your luggage in the next alleyway!
