What a View

Liked: The location was perfect, and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. We were able to visit several venues, and access was within a few minutes. We also enjoyed our visit to the nautilus exhibition located in Norfolk as well as my hometown of portsmouth.
Disliked: No complaints.

Would not recommend it unless...

Liked: We had an oceanfront room so the view was great. The mattresses were not bad. The size of the room was good.
Disliked: The walls were very thin and you could hear everything. The floors were so sticky in our room they almost pulled your shoes off as you walked. The halls and lobby wreaked of cigarettes and weed. Our clothes smelled bad just from walking through the hall. When requesting 1 extra pillow, we were told it wasn't possible. The pillows were flat as pancakes. Every bath towel was covered in other people's hair. The light switches all had visible dirt smudges, which I wiped off with my own wipes. The phone in the room did not work at all to call the desk. The shower was dirty, the toilet was dirty and the bathroom sink was dirty upon check-in.
