Disliked: Room was not as advertised, dark, no sound insulation, door barely locked, tiny TV, bed was not clean, only two towels provided

Good value

Liked: It was basic and good value. We loved the hot tubs and pools. Staff was helpful and even found the retainer we forgot in the bathroom for us!!! That was above and beyond!!
Disliked: No curtains. Not many lights. Key cards were less than good. Ours stopped working after only the first day and the keys wouldn’t open the pool until 3 mins after it was supposed to b open.

Liked: Modern big rooms and a good location. The staff were nice and helpful.
Disliked: It is a bit noisy because of the road

Liked: Friendly staff and very clean pool and rooms
Disliked: Nothing, it’s not a 5* hotel but it doesn’t claim to be. Good for the price and if you want to relax by a nice pool for a few days

Liked: Absolutely gorgeous place and brilliant staff, brilliant rooms and snd excellent facilities such as outdoor pool and hot tubs .
Disliked: It was perfect!
