Liked: Bed was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Dirty and delapidated bathroom. Badly lit. In general need of a big refurbishment. Nothing like the photos on booking.com or their website. Very old photos.

Disliked: The photographs for this hotel bear no resemblance to the actual hotel. It is very shabby & is in dire need of a total refurbishment, the staff are clearly trying to clean it, however they are fighting a loosing battle.

Liked: The location was nice, easy to get to most things one would want when staying close to the beach. Included with the stay was two beach chairs fairly close by in a great location for sun bathing and swimming in the ocean.
Disliked: It is quite dated, we had a big cockroach suddenly fall from the ceiling onto the floor.

Exceptional

Disliked: That we couldn't turn the ac down are self and have no control and the room was freezing

Great staff, horrible cleaning

Liked: Great location, very nice and helpful staff
Disliked: We arrived to our room a few hours after check in time to find it had not been cleaned! We asked the front desk person if they could send someone to clean it and she immediately gave us another room, but when we got to that one, it was also not cleaned and even dirtier! We went back down to reception and she very kindly offered to clean a room herself for us while we went out to dinner so the third time was the charm but it definitely made us uncomfortable.

Liked: Close to everything and walkable to shops and restaurants. Amazing staff in the front desk! Kind and quick! Was Able to check in rather early which was a plus, as I arrived pretty early.
Disliked: A little outdated. Could use some renovations. There was some maintenance being done most of my stay, but nothing too disruptive. But the hotel still got the job done :).
