Liked: I am using this hotel always when I am in Brussels. I like it-excellent breakfast, coffee, water and snacks all day available, nice young personnel. Excellent location.
Disliked: This time the room smelled, like someone smoked cigarettes recently.

Liked: it was a great hotel to stop at. Great location, lots of shops, cafés, metro, bus stops, very close to the centre. The staff was friendly, the room was great for the value, clean and comfortable. There's free tea, coffee, and fruit for all guests.The only things we thought were not right were that the windows don't open (or we couldn't figure out how) and the floor was very cold for some reason, even with heating, so some slippers or very thick socks are a must.

Disliked: Glasses in the room were not washed, not even rinsed. I would have preferred fried eggs, the same offering every day was boring after a couple days.
