Liked: Staff were great
Disliked: Rooms were dirty, still had rubbish in bin from previous guest. Glasses were dirty and had many bugs throughout the room. Only 1 chair out the front of room to sit, no table or chairs to sit out side.

It’s terrible place to stay
Liked: We had family room it’s unclean bathroom, disgusting and bad smell. I have to clean the bathroom floor and buy toilet freshener etc to make the room smell better but doesn’t help. The carpet had dog feces stained it’s disgusting . Informed staff but Staff did not do anything to clean our accommodation perhaps handed me Coles brand air freshener for the room. Toilet wall and floor tiles had some yellow stained. This is very obvious that they do not clean the accommodation.

Disappointing
Liked: Location was good for where we needed to be. Staff were friendly and accommodating of my request for a slightly early check in.
Disliked: Unfortunately one of our beds seemed to have been missed off the stripping and remaking roster and my child crawled into bed instantly complaining of feeling "bits" in the bed. At this point it was 11pm at night and too late to request it be fixed, so my child ended up in my bed. Staff were sincerely apologetic and asked further questions to try and establish how it happened but there was no offer of a reduced bill.
