Third time staying there. Everything...

Liked: Very clean. Nice breakfast.

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: When we arrived we noticed the bathroom shower had dirt/soap scum/hair from the previous guest(s). Also, there was about a 1" gap under the tub that could use some caulk. I showed pictures to the night staff and they said management would take care of it in the morning. My husband cleaned the tub himself with a bar of soap and a washcloth so that he could take a shower. Management offered a 10% discount off of our first night's stay. It was an expensive room and 10% seemed too little a gesture for the unwelcoming room.

Liked: Location to hospital
Disliked: The toilet was running all night and come to find out there was a clog and it wasn’t flushing. The shower barely had any water pressure and it was hard to control the temp with the handle. Booked with a booking app and was charged twice for our stay.
