Liked: The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The property is quaint but it was comfortable and pleasant.
Disliked: It is in need of minor renovations but no major complaints.

Liked: Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: There is a very bright LED light on each balcony that cannot be turned off, even by staff, and the drapes don’t darken the room.The breakfast was the same both days, mostly pre-packaged.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The environment was quaint and the breakfast selection was good. Our room was large enough that my family of 4 (with 2 teen boys felt comfortable. We loved taking the complimentary limo to dinner in downtown Petoskey!
Disliked: The shower was not in the best condition. It was difficult to adjust the water temperature and the water pressure was not good. The heating unit right next to one of the beds blew directly in our faces all night. My son woke with a bloody nose both mornings because of it.
