Liked: The breakfast and dinner was amazing and the staff was exceptional in services
Disliked: The pool was always cold and it was the main reason I chose the hotel so I was disappointed

Liked: Very good value for money, half board was delicious, appetising and sufficient for both, dinner and breakfast. Only the coffee from the automatic coffee machine didn't taste good.Rooms are good and clean.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, also they responded to emails very quickly.Free parking, and tram station within walking distanceWe would choose this hotel again!!!
