Liked: Beautiful quiet location, ultra clean and great helpful service.
Disliked: Jacuzzi chemicals were a little strong

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Owner misrepresented the stay. No breakfast, no toilet paper. No milk, no refund. Owner shows a hot apple infused breakfast. Actually has dry cereal with no milk. The hot tub hasn't been used for years. It's a decent motel. Not a B&B!! Contacting state.

Disappointing

Liked: Few guests. Isolated place.
Disliked: Need better cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom.The shower stall is too small.

Liked: It was cozy and we loved that we seemed to be the only people there this weekend. The scenery from the patio was also beautiful. Having grab and go breakfast sitting or whenever we wanted it was very convenient! We visited during the pandemic (July '21).
Disliked: Wish it had been obvious when we booked it that the hot tub is closed during COVID. Also, the bathroom isn't connected to the bedroom, so you could run into other guests in the hallway and can't safely lock valuables in the bathroom while you're out.

Pleasant

Liked: Isolation was perfect with deer as your neighbor!Morning coffee and prepackaged food was set out and prepaid each morning at dawn. Closest restaurants were 15 miles down the road.
Disliked: No formal in-person greeting or check out. Upstairs carpeted home with no common area for family. Towels need to be replaced. I wish Hostess came out and said hello each day for requests or conversation. No daily room organizing or cleaning.

The location and room is not what I expect it. Too old and small

Cozy and comfortable

Liked: We spent 2 nights at the Apple Blossom Inn and it was a great experience. Ideal if you travel with a dog like us.We had the whole place for ourselves and we enjoyed the freedom and the peaceful atmosphere. Loved the apple trees and the grapes!Candy was reachable on the phone, happy to give us advice and flexible on our requests. The inn is about 10 minutes away from the town of Oakhurst and very close to lovely hiking trails.
Disliked: The inn is close to the main road, so you might be hearing some noise.Unfortunately, due to the Covid restrictions, we could not benefit from the delicious homemade breakfast that Candy loves preparing, nor of the hot tub.For breakfast Candy left us with several choices of individually packaged cereal, oat meal, bars and fruit juices. Fresh fruit and tea/coffee were also available. If you are looking for a sugar-free or a salty breakfast, this would not be available at this time of Covid restriction.
