The room was super clean - bed, bath and floors. However this hotel is in a seedy neighborhood (burglar bars on all businesses in the area). Room had bare necessities - no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no hand towels. Two bath towels and two wash cloths. That was it. Management and work staff all friendly.

Disliked: Clean.

One trash can in room; refrigerator was not plugged up and when I did plug it in nothing got cold; no air on in the room when I got there - very hot to walk in after driving 3 hours; not a very good area; will not stay there again.

Disliked: No shower in room - large tub which was nice, but would have preferred the shower.

Disliked: The room that was assigned, was decent. Give your guests options about a connector room. The other guests were loud, heavy traffic in and out the door way past reasonable hours..The room that I booked showed a tub and not a shower, which was very disappointing. The location and great tv were great. I would book here again. I will make sure that I ask more specifically in the future. An ice bucket should be in the rooms as well . Just because you get a smoking room, please after a while get decent bedding. Burn marks are not welcomed.

Liked: I love that the doors are outside, I loved the bed the most it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The staff was super friendly! The room was very clean.
