Liked: Bed was comfortable, room was small but it was clean and had everything I needed, location was very central and convenient, breakfast was good
Disliked: Aircon didn't work at all and room was smaller than expected, my arm kept hitting the wall when showering and I'm not a big guy

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would just like to add that for the room, maybe a kettle for some tea, coffee and complimentary drinking water. This is especially nice and convenient for travellers. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would recommend.

Liked: The location is good, the room is small but clean with all necessary facilities.
Disliked: Had to hand over the room key to the reception every time leaving the hotel, tho I somehow understand it’s for safety reasons.

A hotel with exceptional staff!

Liked: The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Allowed us to store luggage, the room was comfortable, mini fridge and aircon, and the location is great, right next to the metro and many great restaurants!
Disliked: nothing, everything was great!

Ideal for families.

Liked: Clean, bright, newly decorated rooms. Option for family connected rooms. Friendly staff.
Disliked: No in-room coffee/ tea machine.
