Liked: Simple but good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I liked that we were asking gluten and lactose free breakfast when we did the reservasion and we've got more than 1 type of free food. The center is really close. I recommend them

Liked: - the location is great - close to the train station and the city centre- staff were friendly and did their best to help with my issues- coffee machine in the lobby and in the room- bed was quite comfortable
Disliked: - I had issue with my toilet which had a weird flushing mechanism and ended up flooding the whole bathroom - fortunately I was able to get a new room- my new room smelled really bad, like public toilet and had bugs crawling on the walls and the floor- on the next night my keycard stopped working and I got locked out of my room after the receptionist was gone - fortunately I was able to get in touch with the owner over the phone and was issued a replacement key- upon arrival I was advised by the receptionist to not get breakfast as 'it is not worth the money'- it's obvious the building has not been renovated in a long time, towels also seem like they've been through a lot, have stains and fraying edges- I'd expect much higher standard for the money I paid, would not stay there again
