Clean but run down

Liked: Location is super, staff are friendly
Disliked: Requested a double bed, got two singles pushed together that kept sliding apart. TV was broken. The whole hotel looks like it hasn’t had any any real upkeep in the last twenty years. It’s clean but just looks..run down.

Liked: Very close to the centre and station
Disliked: The walls were so thin, kept us up all night. No main lights, only lamps which meant it was hard to see. Plug socket near bed didn’t work.

Liked: The location was great less than 10 minutes from utrecht Central train station and everything else on your doorstep the staff friendly and helpful it's a good place to stay
