Would stay again as charges were good for this standard of hotel in London. One picky thing - would have liked price to include breakfast.

Liked: Decor, cleanliness, food. Bar staff were exceptional - excellent service with kindness thrown - so rare.

One night stay in a...

Liked: Perfect location for exploring Theatreland and Covent Garden. The room was amazing, but we were upgraded so this was undoubtedly a factor! Very clean and tidy, lots of nice touches. Breakfast, which we purchased at a reduced rate in advance, was superb. Staff were very friendly and, overall, we have a brilliant experience.
Disliked: Hard to judge value for money as we were upgraded to an amazing room! Headline price was on the high side, but worth it for the location alone.

Excellent stay, couldn't fault it...

Liked: Love this hotel, stayed lots of times before. Feels more personal than a lot of London hotels, really like the more boutique feel about it. Staff are lovely and everywhere is immaculately clean. Got what I thought was a great weekend deal too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and will definitely be back!
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like

Liked: Lovely hotel, when booked far in advance it’s really reasonably priced. Nice and comfy beds, decent sized room and bathroom and plenty of storage space. Would definitely stay again.
