Great staff, very comfortable and...

Liked: Excellent food at dinner and breakfast.
Disliked: Reception and the lounge were both really cold when we arrived - we had a drink in the lounge but it was really quite chilly. Even the staff commented on it! Apart from that, we had a lovely stay and would happily return.
