Needed a business hotel with...

Liked: Check in staff were friendly and rituals in the bathroom was a bonus
Disliked: Room felt cold / no food available after 9:45 even room service - I was told to order from Just Eats - which when paying £360 for a room is not acceptable. If you are a female be prepared to be ignored in the bar area from service staff -- I sat for 30 minutes with an empty glass whilst the gents sitting in the area were asked 3 times if they were ok for a drink . Regularly stay at the NED -- and wish I had

Want come back again!

Liked: The location is extremely convenient to connect to different areas in London. Hotel room is big and very comfortable to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Somehow the room was not tided up on the second day.
