Liked: The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was excellent. The breakfast was nice, good selection and staff at breakfast were friendly.
Disliked: There are a number of stairs up to check in desk, which would be difficult for those with mobility issues / if you’re carrying heavy luggage. There really should be dedicated staff to help with this. The staff at check in desk in the evening were a little slow and didn't handle queries very well. The communication was a little weak for this calibre of hotel and some didn't seem too friendly.

Liked: Everything was just perfect!We had a beautiful room with a stunning view of the castle, staff was super friendly, breakfast was perfect… and moreover we could relax in the sauna after a whole day outside!Excellent!
