Liked: Really nice area!
Disliked: The room, and the bath in particular, was worn out and shabby. The bathroom didn't smell well.

Ok. Great location but I...

Liked: Too many steps in hotel. Didn’t realise this was the case. Not as good as other Apex hotels in Scotland. Shower backed up terribly but was not rectified when reported. Plus points as with other Apex, lovely bed linen nice room amenities plus good choice of tea/coffee biscuits etc.

Staff are amazing in this...

Liked: Amazing hotel. Room was stunning with a balcony looking on to the castle. As it was in the middle of a storm we had to spend the full time in the hotel but the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were so attentive. Food was great. Bar was a bit pricey but drinks were lovely.
Disliked: Loved everything about the hotel
