Liked: Staff very helpful, pleasant and efficient on reception and in restaurant .hot mulled wine and a mini mince pie was a lovely touch upon arrival. Beds very comfortable. Water station on our corridor an excellent idea and we refilled our bottles. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool because we were so busy with other things.
Disliked: We didn't have any milk in our room on arrival . Everything else was fine. Restaurant at breakfast time was very busy and hot food order was a long time arriving
