Liked: Everything at the property the facilities, the staff, the food etc was great the only thing was that I had to ask for chocolates I purchased as part of anniversary bundle and I had to go to the desk to ask about my 20% restaurant voucher as didn't receive the voucher when I checked inBut overall great experience at hotel

Liked: I like to stay in this hotel. Breakfast is very big portions and taste is great, especially caramelized grapefruit. Cesar salad was not good.

Liked: Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious and comfortable, and they had lovely extras such as cookies, hot chocolate, and bottled water. Very much enjoyed the spa, swimming pool and lovely cocktails at the bar.
Disliked: The bed was slightly hard. The room was very hot with no air conditioning.
