Liked: The family room we had for 3 adults was perfect, very clean, plenty of space and good facilities with excellent view out over the water
Disliked: Nothing at all. Reception staff super helpful, restaurant staff very friendly, spa staff really helpful - wonderful service from a well located Hotel

Liked: The room was accessible with the mobility scooter , room was perfect
Disliked: We stayed there before and I didn't have bad word to say about the hotel/ staff and that's why we booked again , but this time the staff was rude , room needed paid before we got the keys when it says paid on departure. I ordered breakfast and they missed part of the order and I had to ask where it was the came with it 5 mins later. We then went out for fresh air and was chased by a rude waitress with the card reader in 1 hand and a bill for £4.50 which was ordered with everything else and spoke down to us and demand this needs to be paid . Not my fault the waitress can't do her job right . I spent around £400 in this hotel and they demand £4.50 which i was really annoyed at more so when I ordered it with everything else. I also stood to order a coffee and it was like I was invisible as they served others that came down after me and got seen as they arrived. After 15 mins somebody came and asked if I was getting served so I said you do see me then , I'm not invisible surely. So due to the staff I will definitely not stay there again unless they get more polite staff members. Breakfast was so expensive so had to find somewhere in town even though my fiancee is disabled and struggles to walk on the first morning, drinks were over priced , just feel they weren't interested in the guests and it was all about money. Definitely not a nice hotel to stay in . They also tried to charge for spa treatment twice. My fiancee took a cup from the room to look for me and left it downstairs. She then had to go to the reception at night as the cleaner did not replace it or coffee .

Liked: Very comfortable room, beautiful view of the docks. Not ideal if you wanna be in the city centre, but we reached it with a walk anyways. Great if you wanna be close to the sea, in a relaxing area. Perfect for an outdoor run too!

The venue was good for...

Liked: It was the venue for our evening out. The meal was good and the room being so close was convenient.
Disliked: The room was not great. The other couples staying in the hotel as well had no issues with their room. Our bathroom was adapted for wheelchair access but the shower flooded the floor making it uncomfortable to go in afterwards. There was also no hot water in the morning for showers. It was the first time we’ve ever stayed here and expected more for the money we paid.
