Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, will...

Liked: Warm friendly staff, offered a taxi and help with our bags. Amazing location- 2 minute walk to the tube station.Comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, great bathroom, tea and coffee available in the room, room service menus, great desk area for getting ready. The rubber duck was a nice touch!
Disliked: Could’ve done with a full length mirror, but managed with the bathroom one.
