Great city centre hotel with...

Liked: First time staying here. The hotel is in a very handy city centre location...within easy walking distance to all the main rail and bus stations and shopping/restaurant areas. The room was bright, clean and comfortable, and all the staff we came across were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
Disliked: Nothing of great significance..

Liked: Loved all the staff, reception was welcoming & informative. Other staff throughout the stay were helpful, friendly & breakfast staff in particular one lady was really personable & just fab at her job.
Disliked: Bedroom was ok, the curtains were dirty, the fixtures & fittings were loose, the windows did not open, no hotel guide, tv didn’t function fully, no room service of meals is available. Disappointing given we’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that are better equipped & cleaner.
