Disliked: Only downside was we were on the 1st floor so was a bit noisy at times with traffic but that’s to be expected

Liked: Staff very friendly, clean and spacious rooms, everything you needed in a room
Disliked: Feel breakfast could have been included in price as £138 for one night but other than that all was great

Amazing stay

Liked: Staff were amazing especially Oisin, such a warm and friendly welcome, easy check in. Oisin even remembered us the next day and asked how our show was which was a great customer experience. I had booked a twin room with my young daughter and she received a rubber duck and a welcome card, there was a fridge in the room which was handy. There was free 24 hours access to tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the lounge which my daughter loved. It was a few minutes walk to the theatre royal for us which was ideal. We didn't have breakfast but could smell it and the lounge was busy when we left in the morning, so must be a hit.
Disliked: No complaints.
