Liked: Most important is the welcome smiling staff helpful,knowledgeable and always put customers at easeAlso rooms were as always very clean and they are large with all the things required to make stay comfortable Breakfast is excellent always cooked as you like.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Location is ideal for a stay in the city center

Liked: The customer service was outstanding, the location was superb and the room was nicely furnished with little extras we didn't expect like an ironing board and mini-fridge.The staff were super friendly and were more than happy to recommend really nice places nearby for meals and drinks.
Disliked: The price for the breakfast when not included in the booking was a little steep but not unexpected and we knew the pricing clearly beforehand.The room was showing some signs of wear and tear, there was a mismatched paint patch on the ceiling and the vents at the top of the windows were not opening. All very small issues that didn't impact our stay.
