Liked: Close to gay village; quiet; comfortable
Disliked: Seperate key access for front door and room door; had to carry two keys around.

Liked: Bed is comfortable and the location is quiet.Efforts are made to keep the place clean. But with old fashioned and outdated equipment it is not satisfactory.
Disliked: Old fashioned - staircases are old, no lift (so not suited for heavy suitcases)- AC installation in the bedroom not user friendly and noisy- when the neighbour takes a shower it makes a lot of noise in the bed room

A keeper

Liked: Met my expectations exactly. It was the lowest price I could find and the looks of it perfectly straddled being a legit hotel look and being a shady place trying to pass as a legit look.Had cameras everywhere in the hallways and up front for safety.
Disliked: One of the policies was no guests. I'm not sure what extent this is enforced but if I pay for a room I will have whoever I want over. I understand no parties but no guests at all is wild.Should definitely put that on the policies on this website and theirs.

A fine one nighter

Liked: Location and staff were the highlight by far. Everyone was friendly, and the metro was within a block.
Disliked: The actual room was not good. The bathroom walls had holes and peeling all over. There was only one outlet in the room for our group of 4. Bed frame, table, and chair were all cheap. It gets the job done but not for the price.

Got everything I expected from...

Liked: Comfy bed, functional AC, nice front desk staff, working shower, cheapest price of any hotel with AC I could find in central Montreal.
Disliked: Bathroom was small and a little dated, and there's not much floor space in the room.
