Liked: The apartment we got on 2nd floor had a small bedroom with a lounge and kitchenette.Lounge had 2 sofas (I slept on one of them comfortably).Surprisingly the apartment had full amenities including toothbrushes and toothpastes which is a rarety in US unless you request.Cooking range with full crockery also available.The staff (who also manage the adjacent florist/ grocery shop) was friendly and accommodating.Multiple nice desi halal restaurants and grocery options available on 10-15 min walk.Very clean and quite neighbourhood.Bus station outside the apartment building.Brighton beach nearby.Limited grocery available in adjacent store.Pharmacy available at 1 min walk.I found roadside parking easily but depending on the timing and season nearby roadside parking can be difficult.
Disliked: This is a small apartment building with multiple rooms/apartments on different floors without any elevator.Our room/apartment was on 2nd floor. The building staircase area is tight. We had few suitcases with full weight so it was difficult to take them up.Bedroom size was small. Not recommended for families with little kids as it will feel congested.

Very good

Liked: The staff were very accomodative and friendly. The apartment was near to a bus stop and local park facilities, so finding transportation and outside activies were rather easy. The water heaters were optimal in this fall weather (it just took a minute before getting warm). There was also loads of utensils set and available to use.
Disliked: Certain trains don't run to this location on the weekends which was rather dissapointing and resulted in us finding different ways for travel each time. Also, given that my room was on the ground floor and it seems that the front door could've no longer closed shut, our room was very cold on different occasions and we were uncertain if there was any heater available.
