Liked: Great location in the city centre. Modern furnishings and exceptionally clean. Huge comfortable bed and great waterfall shower. Balcony was a bonus. Free bottle of wine and water was a nice touch
Disliked: Nothing

Passable

Liked: Perfect location, nice rooms (not an apartment because there is no kitchen, just coffee machine and water kettle). Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There is no contact with any type of staff. They don't answer mails sent through Booking, they don't answer the phone, just answered one message through Whatapp. And even then they sent us to the associated restaurant. The restaurant employees don't have a clue about the hotel.In addition, they charge you 7 days ahead of time for the stay and don't provide a receipt (now 2 weeks passed since payment).

Exceptional

Austere but satisfactory

Liked: The location was good and the rooms were large and spacious. Everything was fine. Also, the host changed the length of our stay from 5 to 3 nights even though booking.com suggested there was no cancellation policy. So that was decent.
Disliked: The decor was very uninspired. The steel toilet looked like the ones they probably put in prison cells and the iron shelving units completed the look. It was clear the money has been spent on the renovation with no money left over for the fixture and fittings.

Very nice stay in Brno...

Liked: Excellent location, overlooking the main square, very nice decor with industrial vibe, attentive staff (we had a complimentary bottle of wine)

Couldn’t be better, spacious apartment...

Liked: Incredibly spacious, just the bathroom was the size of an average hotel room. Great location with a short walk to anything worth seeing. Clear check-in instructions.
