Great location near the major...

Liked: I stayed at this hotel two other times and I feel the stay has always been pleasant. Despite the hotel being a little dated the room is clean and big. The location is right off of the parkway and not too far from the Turnpike. There is a bar down stairs that serve food and another restaurant on the opposite site if you want to dine in a fancy restaurant.
Disliked: The hotel is dated and in need of a face lift.

Disliked: I booked this room for my son who was visiting from London for 2 days 10/25/2024 - 10/27/2024 before continuing on a business trip.His flight from London got cancelled on the day of arrival as such he had to travel on 10/26/2024. I informed the staff but they were not sympathetic and will not amend the booking. I had no choice but to check in on that 10/25/2024.. I was given room 717 and I got in to find that the water closet does not flush (broken). I informed the front desk to change the room but they were not willing to do that but rather will get maintenance to fix it! We had to wait for maintenance guy to turn up and fix the WC. I picked my son from the airport the following morning and took him to his room (BTW we got stuck in the lift for a few minutes going up to the 7th floor) only to find that the bed has been made but one of the trash has not been emptied.On my out I informed the front desk about the trash and the lift.As we speak my $100 deposit has not been returned to my credit card account even though my conversation with front desk this morning 11/11/2024 says it was released the very day we checked out. I'm very dissatisfied with this booking.Sorry for my very long write-up.
