Disliked: Could be a bit cleaner, facilities are ok, some things in the room are a bit "broken". Breakfast available but low quality. Smoking of staff in entrance door, that cigarettes fumes were in entire building.

Always lovely, but cut-off times...

Liked: I always enjoy staying here as the facilities are always neat and clean and the staff is friendly.
Disliked: Unfortunately a lady came in at midnight and showed total disrespect for the rest of us staying in the room. This lead to a heated exchange between her and another girl which resulted in reception being called to step in. I think that a&o needs to institute a cut-off time for arrivals as this was unacceptable. When one chooses to stay in a hostel one needs to have respect for others. This was the only thing that made my stay totally unpleasant and I am disappointed by this.

Rooms are not clean

Liked: The location was okay.
Disliked: Since no one is answering my messages, I am forced to give a bad review. We got there pretty late and wanted to sleep, and the bed was full of hair. I doubt the sheets were even changed before. We went downstairs to complain and the staff was very indifferent, they didn’t even come up with us to check or say sorry. They just gave us a key to a different room. That one was slightly better, but still pretty dirty. By that time it was almost 2 am and we were way too tired to try again, so we cleaned it ourselves as much as we could and just dealt with it. I want to ask for a refund, since this was unacceptable.
