Great choice for groups.

Liked: We received rooms on the 20th floor. Amazing view!
Disliked: At Saturday we requested room cleaning via QR code for Sunday, however the floor was not cleaned, the towels were not changed, the bed was not covered. 3 elevators were not enough for that amount of guests. 1 elevator went wrong and got stucked on 11th floor on last day (21/04/2025).

Disliked: Service Quality of the StaffLines at the Reception Desk for Check In as the self check in kiosk didn't work for most guest, but the staff was so slow, desinterested, not friendly neither helpful - the definitely need teaching or should be replacedLocation is 5 min walk to a bus stop in the north or 8 min walk to a tram stop in the south, which takes you in approx 30 min to the city center
