Good facility, neat & clear...

Liked: The facility is really good - it exceeded my expectations though. Rooms are quite big size, attached washroom in every room. Separate area for bath. Lobby area is having good space where you can sit, relax and do some work. Its situated around 5 min walk from the city bus (so no issue of commuting to the central locations).
Disliked: The lifts are really busy - to an extent that one has to wait for 10 minutes at times to get to the lift. Secondly the self check-in booths at the reception are not working, so have to wait in the long que for check-in (approx. 25 min wait)

Liked: 24 hours service, was nice being able to buy a drink after coming back from concert. friendly front desk staff, appreciated it! the room was nice and cozy.
Disliked: the self check-in is not as fast as they would like it to be. breakfasts and staff during those lacked. too much noise, really did not enjoy the big school groups running around the hallways.
