Not bad

Disliked: The Elevator was too loud and noisy. The room we got was next to it. Guest keep coming late or early in the morning ( which is their right) and i have nothing against it. They just needed to use the elevator and wake up the sleeping guests many times in the middle of the night. I recommend to change the 1968 elevator with a new one or try to find a solution for the noise.

Very good hostel!

Liked: It was a nice, confortable hostel, and the room was excelent! Clean and confortable! Breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: The staff was very kind but a little overloaded, it seems. The roomcard somehow wouldnt open the door after breakfast, and they couldn´t help it nicely and fast.

Liked: The staff went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay ever, especially Aldo (I so hope I got his name right) in reception and the young man who checked us in on the night of November 5th. Their level of service was exceptional! I also LOVED the location!!
Disliked: There were some maintenance issues and there were no hooks or racks to hang costs or towels
