Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of issues:Unhelpful and Unprepared Staff: The staff I encountered were consistently unhelpful and seemed unwilling to assist with even basic requests for information or problem-solving.Dirty Accommodation: My room was not clean upon arrival. Dirty bathroom, unmade beds, etc.Missing Amenities: Basic amenities, such as pillows, were missing from the room.Theft and Lack of Action: Most concerningly, a shirt was stolen from my belongings during my stay. I reported this incident to the staff, but no action was taken to investigate or address the theft.These issues significantly impacted my stay and caused considerable inconvenience and distress. In an attempt to resolve the situation, I requested a change of accommodation. However, due to the lack of solutions offered, I was forced to leave the hostel in the middle of the night and seek alternative accommodation elsewhere.This level of service and lack of security is unacceptable, especially considering the a&o brand's reputation.

Liked: Easy from train station, safe, nice people . Good value for 2 in a private room . Aldi is right there for supplies
Disliked: Would be cool if you needed the card to access a certain floor. Hotels are doing this now and as a mom traveling with a kid it makes me feel a bit better .
