Pleasant stay at A&O Sydham,...

Liked: Need more than one member of staff on duty to cover check-ins and the bar area. On the Sunday one girl had to do this solo, with coach parties being booked in.More hanging space. More than one glass behind the bar!

Liked: I booked a room for 3 people, there were 4 beds in the room. When I came, there were only 2 beds made for sleeping and only 2 towels. The administration said than even though i booked for 3 ppl they do not provide making bed for third person

A very good experience with...

Liked: The place and staff were really good. We felt at home and had a great stay. Kids had a fun time too at the play station in the lobby
Disliked: We had a little problem with the ventilation. It stopped working after a couple of days. When we informed the reception they said they are working on repairing it but the work was slow
