Bad
Liked: I got a room in the basement, the toilet constantly smelled like it had just been used, and everytime someone from above ground used the toilet or bath facilities, I could hear it. And there was constantly a sound of rustling, which made wake up several times per night, because it sounded like someone was entering my room.

Best Hotel located near from...
Liked: Though the room is small but we were provided 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. We are a family of 3 so we have an extra bed which we have not used. My son loved the bunk bed and the Children's play area. The Staffs are very friendly and approachable (which is the most important, I think).
Disliked: None

Basic, functional, good price.
Liked: The location was quite close to the centre of the city. There’s a lovely playground/park area nearby and plenty of supermarkets about ten mins walk if you want to buy food/necessary items like adapter plugs etc. The room was a good size and the shower, towels and bedding were very good. They are very well set up for recycling all items which was great
Disliked: The staff were under pressure a lot, often only one member of staff in uniform on the desk with vague other people floating behind them who might ask if they can help but then when you shared your request, you were directed to the person in uniform. The kitchen was shabby and the bin was almost overflowing at most times when I went to cook. You have to give a 200kr deposit for a kitchen pack with saucepan etc in it. The utensils were often dirty and poor quality pans on the whole. With one two ring hot plate and a microwave gif the whole hostel of probably over a hundred tons I’m guessing, we were lucky that few people seemed to cook there. There were no staples like cooking oil, Salt or pepper. I was travelling with my ten year old son. I feel that if I had younger kids I might not have felt as comfortable with them there with some of the client groups that use the dorm rooms here
