Regrettable.

Disliked: There were holes in the sheets. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The room was dirty and had scribbles/drawings on the walls.

Not the center location, but...

Superb

Liked: Probably most affordable option to stay in own room in Copenhagen, you get what you see on a pic, beds, plugs, TV, shower, hair dryer, towels, soap and shower gel.
Disliked: Underground floor

Disliked: My room was underground level. It was dark, and also there wasn't enough electricity.

Liked: Short walk from the subway station and close to shops. Staff were helpful. Receptionist, Kitchen staff and cleaners alike. The staff cannot be faulted indeed.
Disliked: The bed has to be the most uncomfortable bed ever especially for a couple. Very thin and every move you make you are prone to injury or being maimed by black metal. The kitchen was filled with flies. Really dirty. I would have expected some form of kitchenette for every floor. There's one central kitchen at the reception. Not cool.
