Liked: Polite personal. Good location. You can put your laptop and documents in safe at the reception for free.
Disliked: Key card went out of order all the time. One elevator was constantly out of order. It would be nice if cleaning will be held more often.

Liked: The stay was acceptable and exactly what I expected from staying in a hostel. The room was clean.
Disliked: The overreliance of app usage to check in or order food makes the process more complicated. It would be better to allow visitors the option to either use the app or do these in person.
