Liked: Location was fine for the town but had to walk behind hotel to get to room 304.
Disliked: We left our passports in the drawer beside the bed the day we arrived. When we went to pack the evening before our flight, we noticed one of our passports was missing. We hadnt used our passports all week and the cleaners were only ones that had access to our room.

Not the most comfortable stay,...

Liked: Location was great. Very walkable from the hotel to downtown area, including restaurants and entertainment. Great location for going into the park. Appreciate new towels daily. Appreciated the mini bar and variety of options. The aesthetic was good. I liked the big wrap around porches and the exterior entrance to the room.
Disliked: The bed was terrible. It was hard and made a terrible noise anytime someone moved. I think the sheets were the same material that wind pants were made of. The iron bed frame was impossible to lean up against and because of the foot board, nobody could sit on the end of the bed. There was not a comfortable chair to lounge in either. Nearly cut my foot on the flooring. The parking situation is very cramped and if you did not get a spot in the front lot or directly in back, was confusing.

Probably would not recommend this...

Liked: We were put in a room with no heat and we had to stay under the covers to remain warm. We were given an opportunity to upgrade after two days and nights of freezing. We spent our third night in a room with heat.
Disliked: Original room was tiny and had no heat whatsoever. I complained to the front desk and they said a maintenance person would look into it. They did nothing but unplug the window air conditioner si it appeared they had stopped by but really did nothing to fix the heat. The bathroom was equally as cold and the baseboard heat was totally useless as was the baseboard heater in the main room. Turning up the heat to 90 degrees did nothing.
